Imagine what would happen if we each believed we were thoroughly loveable. Wouldn't it be easier if we thought our minds, bodies, hearts and spirits were made from pure divine love? From a spiritual view, we are not only worthy of love, our very essence is love. Unfortunately, heart wounds from the past often cloud this perception.
Let's reverse our worthiness quotient: If we catch ourselves withholding love, whether in thoughts or actions toward ourselves or others, let’s transform this sabotaging habit by testing the power of intentional love. As a healing experiment,let's consciously accept love and send love to others on energy waves from our hearts throughout the day.
Before bedtime, let's journal what percentage of our day we felt loved and loving. Couldn’t we increase our lovability and love life in a very short time with this simple recipe for increasing feelings of love and worthiness?
